First Time Managers

The program focuses on First Time managers on improving the day to day leadership effectiveness and lends itself to practicing what has been learnt in a consistent manner.

By the end of the two-day session the participants would have done self-evaluation, discussed concepts and would be able to apply concepts to real life situations. The session would engage the participants throughout the workshop using discovery-based methodology through use of cases, activities, videos, role plays and discussions.
