This workshop is for developing leadership skills that are aimed at achieving specific results. Leadership is a paradigm that allows leaders to take people where they cannot go on their own. Most training programmes on leadership focus on increasing individual leadership competencies. This workshop, however, is aimed at achieving specific results that leaders need to achieve in the corporate world. Leaders have a managerial function along with the leadership function.
