The Business Development Executive position at Challenging Horizons is a great stepping-stone for advancing a career in sales. This position is based in Challenging Horizons Pvt Ltd. Office at Pune. Unlike typical sales or inside sales positions, our Business Representative position offers several unique aspects:

  • One-on-one working relationship with Challenging Horizons senior executives – each with over 10 years of experience in sales compensation and overall sales
  • Targeted list of companies to focus on
  • Opportunity to interact with high profile executives at Fortune 1000 companies
  • Opportunity to engage multi-level executives and be part of high level conversation with Vice Presidents and Chief Executives

  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Open to travel for client meetings

Job Description

  • Identifying concern person from L&D department of any organisation and connecting it with the sales team.
  • Introducing Challenging Horizons and its service to concern person and fixing an appointment with sales team to take the discussion forward.
  • Constant follow up with leads.
  • Able to understand the training requirements.
  • Managing and maintaining corporate clients.
  • Coordinating with the trainers and clients for smooth training delivery.
