Emotional intelligence is concerned with the awareness, appraisal and utilization of emotions for individuals and for teams. Research shows that about 80% of adult success comes from Emotional Quotient.

Emotional intelligence can be altered through training that focuses on the role of emotions in our behaviour.

Hence the focus of this Emotional Intelligence for Leaders Workshop is to be aware and be ready to understand others’ thoughts and emotions and flex our emotions as per the situational demand; increase our emotional intelligence to face any emotional state.
